2026 NFL Mock Draft - Edition 4 (feat. mlbrulz)
Today, I did a mock draft with a friend of mine on the r/NFL_Draft Discord, mlbrulz. He and I decided to do this after meeting up at the NFL Scouting Combine. He will have the odd picks, plus his team the Titans. I will have the even picks, plus pick 32 to balance it out. Below are our picks and explanations.
2026 NFL MOCK DRAFT 4
(with Special Guest mlbrulz)
1. Las Vegas Raiders - Fernando Mendoza | QB | Indiana
Clear pick here, Raiders take Mendoza as their new QB as the franchise tries to usher in a new era.
2. New York Jets - Arvell Reese | EDGE | Ohio State
After trading Jermaine Johnson, the Jets go with an athletic LB who will most likely play EDGE at the next level, and a guy who has a ton of pass-rush upside.
3. Arizona Cardinals - Francis Mauigoa | OT | Miami (FL)
With Jonah Williams departing for Free Agency, the Cardinals look to replace him in the draft. Mauigoa is a powerful tackle who may move inside eventually, but will be tried out at tackle.
4. Tennessee Titans - David Bailey | EDGE | Texas Tech
A new era is ushered in Nashville with Robert Saleh and, even after the Jermaine Johnson trade, there is still a need for another EDGE rusher. David Bailey is a premium speed rusher who specializes in getting after the quarterback.
5. New York Giants - Carnell Tate | WR | Ohio State
7.
The Giants are expected to lose Wan'Dale Robinson to free agency and, with Malik Nabers' return from his ACL uncertain, they grab a downfield target for their budding QB Jaxson Dart.
6. Cleveland Browns - Monroe Freeling | OT | Georgia
The Browns traded for Tytus Howard, who should serve as their RT. The choice here was between Freeling and Spencer Fano, but I believe Freeling will be the better choice at LT in the long run.
7. Washington Commanders - Rueben Bain | EDGE | Miami (FL)
The Commanders can go in a couple different directions here but getting a premium player at a premium pick makes the most sense for them. Bain has his question marks with his arm length but the tape is too dominant to pass up
8. New Orleans Saints - Jeremiyah Love | RB | Notre Dame
With Alvin Kamara declining and the rise of QB Tyler Shough, the Saints grab an offensive weapon with the upside of being a top 5 back in the league. The fans would love this pick.
9. Kansas City Chiefs - Makai Lemon | WR | USC
The Chiefs have been making do with a patchwork at receiver for a while but with the decline of Travis Kelce and question marks at receiver, the Chiefs use a high pick to secure a WR1.
10. Cincinnati Bengals - Caleb Downs | S | Ohio State
Despite rumors of a potential meniscus injury, it seems that the issues with Downs were overblown. Grabbing the elite safety here would make sense for a defense with no real playmaker at the position
11. Miami Dolphins - Mansoor Delane | CB | LSU
Miami has one of the worst CB rooms in the NFL and gets to add the top CB in the class. Delane has some work to do but his natural athleticism and instincts will allow him to develop into a shutdown corner.
12. Dallas Cowboys - Sonny Styles | LB | Ohio State
With the troubles Dallas' defense had, any position would help. Grabbing an elite athlete in Styles and putting him in that front 7 would make for an electric move. He had one of the best performances at the combine.
13. Los Angeles Rams (via Atlanta Falcons) - Kenyon Sadiq | TE | Oregon
The Rams made the aggressive move to trade their first for Trent McDuffie and follows it up with another aggressive move by taking another Oregon TE with their first pick. Sadiq is a capable blocker and weapon offensively that should give Sean McVay another chess piece as they try to maximize their Stafford window.
14. Baltimore Ravens - Olaivavega Ioane | OG | Penn State
The turnstiles at guard were a problem this season and were a reason the team underperformed. Grabbing an elite guard prospect in Ioane should help alleviate some of those.
15. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Keldric Faulk | EDGE | Auburn
The Buccs have been lacking a big pass rushing threat and Faulk has a solid foundation as a run defender with room to grow as a pass rusher with his physical tools and build.
16. New York Jets (via Indianapolis Colts) - Jordyn Tyson | WR | Arizona State
The Jets need a compliment to Garrett Wilson in that offense. Although he's had issues with injury, Jordyn Tyson shows the upside of a potential #1 who would serve as the #2 in New York.
17. Detroit Lions - Spencer Fano | OT | Utah
Lions grab the falling Fano who will be the heir apparent to the often injured and close to retirement Taylor Decker at left tackle. Fano has a ton of upside but can take a year to develop his skills.
18. Minnesota Vikings - Jermod McCoy | CB | Tennessee
This is a high-risk, high-reward pick. McCoy showed genuine Top Ten upside in his play at Tennessee, but he's also been plagued with an injury that caused him not to work out at the Combine. If he hits, he could be the next great Vikings DB.
19. Carolina Panthers - Kadyn Proctor | OT | Alabama
Panthers LT Ikem Ekwonu will be injured to begin the year and is on the last year of his deal. Proctor can slide into LT and even transition to an interior spot if needed in 2027.
20. Dallas Cowboys (via Green Bay Packers) - Cashius Howell | EDGE | Texas A&M
Dallas needs more help on the edge after trading Micah Parsons. Despite his shorter arm length, Howell has a good combo of athleticism and production that makes him a potential high-level starter in the league. Pairing him with Ezeiruaku would be interesting.
21. Pittsburgh Steelers - Ty Simpson | QB | Alabama
QB is a huge question mark right now the steelers. Rodgers future is in the air and even if he comes back, this would probably be his last season. Simpson is only a 1 year starter, but he flashed a ton during last year at Alabama.
22. Los Angeles Chargers - Caleb Banks | DT | Florida
With Ioane off the board, the Chargers pivot towards the defensive line, taking the athletically gifted Banks, who had a major injury recently but has the upside to be a major force on the interior DL.
23. Philadelphia Eagles - Dillon Theineman | S | Oregon
With Reed Blankenship heading to free agency, the Eagles add a playmaker to their DB room. Theineman had a major rise due to his combine.
24. Cleveland Browns (via Jaguars) - Omar Cooper Jr. | WR | Indiana
Cleveland needs more than just Jerry Jeudy and Harold Fannin if they want their QB next year to be successful. Adding a high-pedigree WR like Cooper who can bring some physicality to the team would be a good move.
25. Chicago Bears - Peter Woods | DT | Clemson
Bears clear weakness on their defense was their interior DL. Grady Jarrett was disappointing and they need playmakers. Woods was misused during his time in Clemson and should find better success in the NFL.
26. Buffalo Bills - K.C. Concepcion | WR | Texas A&M
Buffalo's receiving corps has been disappointing ever since Stefon Diggs left, especially with drafting guys like Keon Coleman. Concepcion has the potential to be a great receiver in the NFL due to his separation ability.
27. San Francisco 49ers - Denzel Boston | WR | Washington
With Jauan Jennings hitting free agency and likely playing himself out a contract with 49ers, they need help at the WR position. Boston isn't the perfect fit in a Shanny scheme but has enough talent that he should succeed.
28. Houston Texans - Max Iheanachor | OT | Arizona State
After trading Tytus Howard, the Texans remain with a giant hole on their offensive line. Max Iheanachor is a raw prospect, but he has the potential to be an elite starter in the NFL with the right people around him. Houston could provide that opportunity.
29. Kansas City Chiefs - Brandon Cisse | CB | South Carolina
Using this pick on another CB seems silly after obtaining it by trading away Trent McDuffie, but the Chiefs still have championship aspirations and need that spot filled. Cisse is well rounded corner who can slide in a starting job right away.
30. Denver Broncos - Eli Stowers | TE | Vanderbilt
The Broncs could use another weapon to help Bo Nix. Stowers had some insane athletic testing and won the Mackey Award this past season. He could be the #1 guy in Denver moving forward.
31. New England Patriots - Zion Young | EDGE | Missouri
The Patriots need more help on the edge with K'Lavon Chaisson entering free agency. Young is a very good player with a lot of athletic potential, and Mike Vrabel would love a guy like him on the team.
32. Seattle Seahawks - Avieon Terrell | CB | Clemson
The Seahawks are potentially losing Riq Woolen and Coby Bryant this offseason. Adding Avieon Terrell could help to soften that blow, as he shows prowess as both an outside and a nickel corner.
I'd like to thank mlbrulz for taking the time to help me make this. I appreciate his help a lot, and he's a very knowledgeable person about the NFL and the draft.
As always, this is Lando from The Landoman Experiment, signing off.
